That means that sometimes the best methods for creating prototypes require only pen, paper and simple materials that you can find around the house. However, sometimes creating a digital prototype or an artifact or object that utilizes technology can be the most efficient way to go. There are great resources online that can help you create more complex digital prototypes with a small amount of time and money.
