Each phase has different tools or activities that you need to complete in order to move to the next phase. See below for a list of the phases and tools included in the toolkit. Throughout the toolkit, at the beginning of each phase there is an introduction page with context and goals for the phase, as well as summaries of the tools. At the end of each phase there is a tool to help you summarize your work and a tool to help you evaluate whether you are ready to move on and to reflect on what you have learned.
