23 Instructions: Use this worksheet to prepare to conduct your interviews and to take notes during your interviews. Use the interview questions provided to get the conversation started with different stakeholder groups. Follow up on interesting things you hear. You can ask, “Tell me more about...” Be sure to keep notes about the specific stories and quotations you hear from your interviews. Use post-its to capture the most interesting things you hear and observe. Listen and look for emotions and motivations. Also, listen for ideas that are surprising to you as well as contradictory information.
